FCCM BD 8.0.2 - Cannot Edit Or Create New Process Within Rule Run Framework (Doc ID 2227176.1)

Symptoms

Try to create new process (or edit existing process) within Rule Run Framework -> Process or select existing process /click on New, it only displays "javascript" text in the left down corner of the screen  but it does not open Process screen.

 Issue is faced only in  Process screen.

Below  errors could be seen  in "AdminServer.log" :
