Demantra URL Access Issue With Https Reverse Proxy Configuration.Error: ODPM-10333: I/O exception on attempt to execute request (Doc ID 2227195.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Technical

Customer has implemented Reverse proxy using NETECALER .

He has a valid certificate Issued by : du Intermediate CA-01 .

When trying to log into Collaborator Workbench he get a message like : The certificate is not valid and cannot be used to verify the identity of this website.
However, the Collaborator Workbench shows up along with the Login Failed error message, but the worksheets are not opening.

Java console output shows

Caused by: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Installed Demantra 12.2.4.1
2. Configured reverse proxy with SSL.
3. Log into Collaborator Workbench using IE and Chrome.
4. Try to open any worksheet.
5. It fails.
