Symptoms
For Oracle Financial Services Balance Sheet Planning (BSP) 8.0.2.0.2, when you run a Complete Calculate, the wrong dimension value is assigned to CUSTOM1 for the New Business rows output. For example, you enter CUSTOM1 = 5 when launching the Calculate. However, checking the results in the RES_DTL_xxxxxx table, for some products, the New Business rows with RESULT_TYPE_CD = 1 have CUSTOM1 = 4. You expect these products to have CUSTOM1 = 5. Some products do have the correct CUSTOM1 =5 values.
The following error exists in the FSI_BSP_PROCESS_LOG table:
[MSG-FATAL]: ERROR OCCOURED WHILE POPULATING FSI_FINANCIAL_PLAN [ORA:ERR] ORA-02291: INTEGRITY CONSTRAINT (BSPAPP.FK_FSI_M_FORECAST_BAL_2) VIOLATED - PARENT KEY NOT FOUND
You are not sure if the error is related to the issue populating CUSTOM1.
