While Performing Return To Vendor System Throws Error

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When trying to perform Return To Vendor the following error occurs in application
Steps To Recreate:
1. Log into RWMS GUI application.
2. Select Inventory Management -> Inventory Management by Vendor.
3. Enter the vendor Number and enter container status as 'R'.
4. Select any Container and Press RTV.
5. System showing message Current status Prohibit the operation.
6. Press OK.
7. Click Exit.
8. Application is showing DMS Error Please contact your Administrator
9. User is completely blocked and can not exit the screen.
10. Needs to close the browser to exit the screen.
