SECLOC Information is Not Displaying Correctly in CABS and Connection Design Window (Doc ID 2227774.1)

Symptoms

When the SECLOC information is not entered on ASR order level where multiple circuit records exist for a particular ECCKT the SECLOC information of the InService circuit should be displayed in the CABS Billing Navigator window and on the Locations tab in the Additional Details section of the Connection Design window; however, SECLOC information displaying differently in CABS window versus the  Connection Design window

Expected Results:

    In the CABS Billing Navigator window and on the Locations tab in the Additional Details
    Section of the Connection Design window, SECLOC information of circuit which is in In Service status and should be displayed.

Actual Results:

    SECLOC information displaying differently in CABS window and connection design window.
