Invoke the XML API assignProvisionPlanProcedureRequest For a Suspend or Restore Order Receives the Following Error: "E911SMRT task is mandatory in the provision plan" (Doc ID 2227775.1)

Symptoms

When the user tries to assign a provisioning plan through assignProvisionPlanProcedureRequest XML API for a PSR order with E911 service items that are being suspended or restored, API returns the following error:

 

 
"E911SMRT task is mandatory in the provision plan" whereas E911SMRT task is not mandatory for the service items that are being suspended or restored.

 

This same scenario is works fine in MetaSolv Solution GUI.
