In PTS Zone Selection Screen, The ZONE Field Is Blank And System Throws DMS Error (Doc ID 2228039.1)

Symptoms


Application is Showing DMS Error and Zone is not Showing in PTS(Put To Store) Zone Selection screen in HHT(Hand Held Terminal).

Steps To Recreate:

 1.Create FPR(Fixed Pallet Receiving) appointment with detail for PO by marking SCAN CASE and RF USER ADD and all other fields.
 2.Receive all the item in a Single Pallet and also enter individual Child Case label details and then
 3.Confirm the receipt after that system ask u to Break down the pallet.
 4.Break down the 2 items into 2 generic Pallet and keep the 3 item in Same old Pallet.
 5.Now go to PTS Picking -> PTS Zone Selection and
 6.Scan the Father Pallet,Child Pallet and grandfather Pallet system Shows DMS Error and then Zone is coming as empty.
