Closed Product Group Schedules Are Not Displayed In Product Group Schedule Screen

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When users filters for product group schedules which have been completed/closed, filtering by CLOSED option in the product group schedule screen, no records are returned.
Steps to reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Login to Store Inventory Management(SIM).
- Navigate to Product Group Schedule.
- In the filter option select the store and for Status choose CLOSED.
- The filter should list the closed product group schedules. Actual result: the query does not return any records.
