On Order Quantity is calculated differently than other columns in Item Lookup for Pack Item.

Return To Vendor(RTV) reserved, Transfer reserved and In-Transit will always consolidate the values based on the component inventory irrespective of which items are in transaction.

Business Scenario:
A customer come to store and lookup for a pack item and check the available of stock.

Currently, Stock On Hand(SOH) is zero. If retailer has an order placed for component item this information should be displayed also for pack item.
Aggregated information, which includes component items, is displayed for other buckets except for On order.
