Symptoms

When accessing the User Segments from an Experience Manager cartridge, the bellow errors appear.

ERRORS

Experience Manager UI error:

User segments cannot be retrieved from the Oracle Commerce Platform. Contact your system administrator.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Experience Manager
2. Open a Content Item with User Segments.
3. Open User Segments.
