dm_ldap authentication is working only with SSL3 and not with TLS
Currently user is using dm_ldap to authenticate OID server, but in MTN OID server, there is no SSL3 and only TLSv1 and SSlv2 is enabled.
12c libraries are installed.
Patch 24577752 is installed on top of BRM PS14, but it is only working with SSL3 connection and not with TLS for secured port. It is stopping sync between the users of OID and BRM, so it stops the user access.
