Symptoms

This problem affects both ClientLockManager (e.g. cache-mode="locked") and GSACacheClientManager (e.g. cache-mode="distributedHybrid").

There may be issues when ClientLockManager tries to connect to the backup ServerLockManager instance after primary ServerLockManager becomes unavailable.
