Symptoms

When attempting to login to P6 Professional, the following error occurs:

Exception Exception in module PM.exe at 00000000008C8247.
Error executing query. Error: ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row.
ORA-06512: at "ADMUSER.POPULATE_UACCESS", line 20
ORA-06512: at "ADMUSER.UACCESS_MAINTAIN_FOR_USER", line 5
ORA-06512: line 1

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Launch P6 Professional and attempt to login.
  2. Observe the reported error.
