Back Office Hourly Productivity Adhoc Report Layout Header Columns Have Incorrect Alignment (Doc ID 2228798.1)

Symptoms

In back officeHourly Productivity Adhoc report does not have the proper alignment for the column headers.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Logon to POS
2. Perform Couple of transactions on POS
3. Now logon to Back Office
4. Click on Admin tab
5. Click on Schedule link for Transaction Post Processor
6. Run the Transaction Post Processor
7. Click on Reports
8. Click on Sales
9. Click on Hourly Productivity link from left nav
10. Today's Hourly Productivity Report page is displayed
11. Click on Adhoc tab
12. On Enter Criteria and Select View screen >> Select radio button for Run report by date range
13. Select Start date and End Date
14. Click on View
15. Notice that, on Hourly Productivity Adhoc report page layout is not proper.

3) Below column value is not aligned as other items in the row
