Information in this document applies to any platform.
The following error occurs when trying to add HTS [Harmonized Tariff Schedule] data to a Purchase Order[PO] without having HTS data in ITEM_HTS table:
System should not require HTS information be defined at the item level.The user should be able to wait until the purchase order to classify items.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an item.
2. Create HTS data and make sure the item does not have HTS data in the ITEM_HTS table.
3. Create a PO.
4. Go to "Order Item HTS Maintenance"[ORDHTS] screen.
5. Add HTS data to the order and note the error.
