Could not load up the login page.

After patching with NMS_1_12_0_3_22_GA, I could not load up the login page with Java Runtime (version 1.7.0_121). However, I have no problem of logging into other environments which are patched with the lower version than NMS_1_12_0_3_22_GA and with the same version of Java runtime.
