Persist Import Preference for Others and Self not working

Expected Behavior

Persist Import Preference for Others and Self to work

Steps to Reproduce

Preparation:
Login to Java Client as admin user, and make sure the Administrator privilege
has "Save Import Preference Setting" added to Applied To field

A) Option persist preference settings to be shared by other users is not
working

  1. Login to Web Client as admin user
  2. Goto Tools > Import
  3. Click Preferences
  4. Goto Business Rule tab, and set below:
    Behavior upon non-existing objects: Reject
    Multi Row Update Mode: Add/Update only
  5. Check on Persist preference settings to be shared by other users
  6. Save
  7. Cancel, and close the Import Wizard
  8. Login to Web Client with different user
  9. Goto Tools > Import
  10. Click Preferences
  11. Goto Business Rule tab, see below values are set, which is default setting:
    Behavior upon non-existing objects: Accept
    Multi Row Update Mode: Complete Replace

B) Preference settings does not persist for the same user

  1. Login to Web Client as admin user
  2. Goto Tools > Import
  3. Click Preferences
  4. Goto Business Rule tab, and set below:
    Behavior upon non-existing objects: Reject
    Multi Row Update Mode: Add/Update only
  5. Save
  6. Cancel, and close the Import Wizard
  7. Relogin to Web Client
  8. Goto Tools > Import
  9. Click Preferences
  10. Goto Business Rule tab, see below values are set, which is default setting:
    Behavior upon non-existing objects: Accept
    Multi Row Update Mode: Complete Replace
