On : 7.5.0.17.0 version, Event Management

Below error happened while loading the rated out files via pin_rel:

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created 9 accounts.
2. Passed usage one by one.
3. Pipeline rating successful.
4. pin_rel is not loading all Call Detail Record (CDR)s from Pipeline.
5. pin_rel shows above error in rel.pinlog.
