TAB & Line Break Are Not Recognized By M6 In Service Request Notes Window (Doc ID 2229676.1)

Symptoms

On : 6.2.1 version, PSR

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

TAB & Line break are not recognized by M6 in service request notes window


Service request notes which is having TAB & Line break are not recognized by MSS. Due to this order notes are not displaying properly (Service Request Notes tab on PSR and ISR).

We could see different alignments in two different scenarios when the focus is inside MSS and outside MSS. (Check the screens in the attached doc -- "Notes_issue.docx")

Scenario 1: Click inside the MSS application. The notes are displaying with proper alignments
Scenario 2: Click outside the MSS application. The notes are not displaying with proper alignments.

The same issue is identified when the notes are passed to MSS from BPMS through Business ware using both the CORBA APIs and the XML APIs. The issue is a display issue on the MSS side and is not an issue with BPMS, BW or the APIs.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Service request notes which is having TAB & Line break should be recognized by MSS.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Key note in text editor which includes TAB and Line break.
2. Cut note from text editor
3. Paste in MSS.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Service request notes which is having TAB & Line break are not recognized by M6. Due to this order notes are not displaying properly (Service Request Notes tab on PSR and ISR). Users are unable to view the notes information properly.
