Errors When Importing XML Projects Using P6 Web Services (Doc ID 2229805.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to import XML projects using P6 Web Services, various errors occur. Depending on the XML the error in the import log may be different, but the WebLogic log will show the following errors as well as the import error:

<Error> <WebLogicServer> <BEA-000337> <[STUCK] ExecuteThread: '23' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)' has been busy for "XXX" seconds working on the request "Workmanager: default, Version: 0, Scheduled=true, Started=true, Started time: 638163 ms
", which is more than the configured time (StuckThreadMaxTime) of "600" seconds in "server-failure-trigger".

Some of the import that have been encountered are as follows:

Original Exception:
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Field at index 4 of the field array may not be null.

ERROR ImportServiceMain:167 - Import process failed. Error message obtained DBEngine.executeUpdate: ORA-00001: unique constraint (ADMUSER.PK_TASKRSRC) violated
