Error "List Of Values Contains No Entries" When Clicking LOV Button on Transfer Search Screen (Doc ID 2229840.1)

When clicking the LOV button "From Location" field (Transfer type: System Generated Transfer) on the "Transfer Search" screen, the following error occurs:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Access RMS Application.
2. Open Inventory -> Transfer screen.
3. Select action "View".
4. Select type "System Generated Transfer".
5. Enter value "From Entity" field (where warehouse has stockholding_ind = 'N').
6. Enter value "Location Type" field equal to "Warehouse".
7. Click on LOV button "Location".
