How to Disable the "open or save" Prompt in Internet Explorer 11 (Doc ID 2230216.1)

Goal

When launching AutoVue Client in Internet Explorer, the following message appears:

"Do you want to open or save "VueJNLPServlet.jnlp", similar to the below screenshot:

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Start AutoVue server.
  2. Launch the AutoVue client (av_jnlp.html) page from Internet Explorer.
  3. Notice the message.
