When attempting to restart Oracle Universal Installer (OUI) during HDWF61/OHADI 3.1 upgrade to OHF 7.1, the following warning was generated by the Installer.

OUI-10030: You have specified a non-empty directory to install this product. It is recommended to specify either an empty or a non-existent directory. You may, however, choose to ignore this message if the directory contains Operating System generated files or sub directories like "lost+found".
Do you want to proceed with the installation in this Oracle Home?

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Run OUI for OHF 7.1 upgrade.
2. When upgrade failed with any error, stop the installer.
3. Fix the issue.
4. Restart OUI again to continue from where the installer failed.
5. The  "folder location" from "OUI Specify Home Details" window that was created by the failed install is not showing from the pull down menu.  Therefore manually populate install home folder.
6. OUI-10030 warning occur.
