PCM_OP_BILL_ITEM_REFUND throws PIN_ERR_NOT_FOUND Error In BRM 7.5 PS15 (Doc ID 2230220.1)

On : version, Payments

PCM_OP_BILL_ITEM_REFUND throws PIN_ERR_NOT_FOUND error in 7.5PS15.   However it worked fine in 7.5PS12.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Enable payment suspense in bus_params_AR.xml and load the file.
2) Create an account and move pvt and run billing after 1 month.
3) Do payment with opcode PCM_OP_PYMT_COLLECT
4) Do the refund with opcode PCM_OP_BILL_ITEM_REFUND
