Purpose

Although happen rarely, sometimes MaxMessageSizeExceededException is seen in server logs and this may impact the service badly.

Error message like the following is seen in server log:

This article aims to provide guide on troubleshooting of MaxMessageSizeExceededException.

It's applicable for both Oracle Communications Converged Application Server (OCCAS) and Oracle Communications Services Gatekeeper(OCSG).
