DMW-159 An unexpected error occurred while processing the data. Please try again. If the error persists, please contact the system administrator, but it was collected on the logs with a different DMW-nnn error message:

[2017-01-24T12:51:38.361+00:00] [DMWServer] [ERROR] [] [oracle.hsgbu.lsw.framework.adfextn.common.utils.ErrorUtils] [tid: [ACTIVE].ExecuteThread: '10' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] [userId: A601022] [ecid: 005HhQJg7bF2nJVAu3v1DH000BOM0002N8,0:1] [APP: dmwapp] [URI: /lsw/dme/faces/studyMain] DMW-008: An unexpected error occurred while processing the data. at oracle.adfinternal.controller.util.Utils.createAndLogActivityLogicException(Utils.java:233)

It happens multiple ways randomly and  it reproduced about 4 times in the last 10 minutes. For example:
a) Click on data model(2), got error.
b) Click on listing(s), got error.

Changes

Upgraded recently from DMW 2.4.6.1 to 2.4.6.8.

The issue is randomly reproducible after a week of the upgrade. Load was usual at the time of issue occurrence, not heavy load or something different. The gathering statistics task was done prior to upgrade.
