Users cannot update PSR QH001063
Error: <Customer Web Client URL> is not responding.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1) Search for PSR: QH001063 in web client and open it.
2) Open Affected Items Tab.
3) Try to update latest column with name "Issue Description".
4) Exception :" 'URL'is not responding." and PSR not updated.
