ORSIM Allows Item Request with Request Quantity as Zero (Doc ID 2230574.1)

Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management (ORSIM) application allows the user to request item using the item request features for even ZERO QTY, however this message is not processed out of MPS STAGE MESSAGE into RMS.

Steps To Recreate:

1. Login to SIM >  Access ITEM REQUEST option. Create item request XYZ.
2. Add item that have Stock On Hand SOH available - Item Item1, quantity total 105
3. Enter the request qty as 0
4. Click on REQUEST
5. Confirm the request
6. Check MPS_STAGED_MESSAGE table.
