Symptoms

After upgrading to MDM version 2.2 release, environment does not start using spl.sh script, weblogic fails to start with errors.

problem: cvc-attribute.4: The value '7' does not equal the fixed value '5' of attribute 'version':
at weblogic.descriptor.internal.MarshallerFactory$1.evaluateResults(MarshallerFactory.java:245)
