Information in this document applies to any platform.

SALESUPLOADPURGE.ksh (Purge Aged Archived POSU Transactions) batch does not purge all records from SVC_POSUPLD_LOAD_ARCH table per defined retention period. It ignores one day of data in this table.

Steps to Reproduce :

  1. Ensure there is data older than Vdate-1 present in SVC_POSUPLD_REJ_RECS and SVC_POSUPLD_LOAD_ARCH tables.
  2. Run salesuploadpurge batch with retention period as 1.
  3. Note that any data older than Vdate-1 is deleted from SVC_POSUPLD_REJ_RECS table.
  4. Note that any data older than Vdate-2 is deleted from SVC_POSUPLD_LOAD_ARCH table.

Due to this, data is not consistent across both tables.
