How to Solve the Error "CSRF threat detected" While Hitting the Information Manager/SSO-SAML Within Oracle Knowledge 8.6.1?

Oracle Knowledge does not directly support SAML and SAML has not been tested by product development. However some customers have successfully implemented it with the help of professional services. Here are some notes about SAML implementation.
Symptoms
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Login into Information Manager with SAML enabled. Type the URL like: https://subdomain.domain.com/affwebservices/public/saml2sso?SPID=lxvcpinqdev1-IM and login with credentials.
- The Information Manager Console page appears.
- Close the tab with the Information Manager Console page, but do not close the browser.
- Hit again the URL like: https://subdomain.domain.com/affwebservices/public/saml2sso?SPID=lxvcpinqdev1-IM
- The next error appears:
"Sorry! The sign in credentials you entered do not correspond to a registered Management Console user. Please re-enter them now.Potential CSRF threat detected"
