Periodic Estimation D1-PERESTM Is Retrieving Historical DCs Beyond Number Of Days Configured (Doc ID 2230839.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management version 2.1.0.3 Periodic Estimation is not occurring after a device was moved from one service point to another if the old service point had setting "Estimation Eligibility" set to "Not Eligible"

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create Device, Device Configuration and Interval Measuring Component and install the device on a service point (with Estimation Eligibility set to 'Not Eligible') on 01-01-2015-00.00.00.
  2. Submit Initial Load IMDs till 01-01-2016-00.00.00(i.e. latest measurement date/time is set to this date).
  3. Remove the install event on 01-01-2016-00.00.00
  4. Create another device configuration, interval measuring component and install the device on a new service point (with estimation eligibility set to Blank) on 01-01-2016-00.00.00.
  5. Submit initial load IMDs till 01-08-2016-00.00.00 (i.e. latest measurement date/time is set to this date).
  6. Run D1-SMMTR batch.
  7. Notice that estimations IMDs are not created for the device even though the current device configuration is eligible for estimation.
