PDC Login Fails When Deployed On Weblogic Managed Server

On : 126.96.36.199.0 version, Server for PDC ( Pricing Design Center): PDC login doesn't load on Weblogic managed server deployment.
After installing PDC on Weblogic Managed Server (not AdminServer), the sign-in form shows up correctly but after the login, the PDC UI doesn't load anything and shows up blank page.
In the logs of the managed server, getting following errors with the ADF:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Deploy PDC on Weblogic Managed Server and try to login.
NOTE: PDC works fine on Admin Server, issue persists only with Managed Servers.
