Unable to Retrieve OSM JDBC Data Source After Database Hostname Change (Doc ID 2231000.1)

Symptoms

OSM release 7.2.2.1.0
Cluster environment
RAC Database Active-Active

While starting the Managed Server , the error "Unable to retrieve OSM JDBC data source" is received and the health status of oms.ear is Failed in Deployments tab of Weblogic.

Note: This happens after OSM Database IP address was changed . The required changes in config.xml were made and the connectivity between OSM database instance machine and WebLogic server machine is good.

 

Changes

OSM Database Hostname was changed.
