Last updated on FEBRUARY 08, 2017

Applies to:

Oracle Retail Merchandising System - Version 14.1.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When an unexpected item is shipped against a transfer, a new line item is created for that transfer in TSFDETAIL. The ship_qty (ship quantity) is updated, but the tsf_qty (transfer quantity) is not updated and it is set to zero.

Steps to Reproduce :

  1. Create a Warehouse to Store EG (externally generated) transfer for ITEM "A" and approve.
  2. Verify the TSFHEAD and TSFDETAIL table.
  3. Create a shipment ASNOUT Message for the transfer created for ITEM "B".
  4. Verify that the tsf_qty is zero for the new item "B" in TSFDETAIL, but the ship_qty is updated .
