Idea Email Notifications Not Showing Primary Contact Name in Greeting - Instantis EnterpriseTrack (Doc ID 2231223.1)

Symptoms

Primary Contact email notifications of "Idea Acceptance" "Idea Submitted" and "Idea Rejected" not consistently displaying the First and Last name of the Primary Contact when sent. The notification is however being emailed.

NOTE:  Other email notification may be affected in the same manner, the notifications listed above are the ones that have been tested and will be addressed,  If others are found to have the same problem, please apply the fix, and then if the notification still exhibit the issue, create an SR and report the behavior to Oracle Support.


STEPS to Verify this is the issue.

In the event the Idea is created from the Portal:
       1. Any one with the Portal URL, Username and password access, create and submit an idea
            Email Notifications are sent accurately with "Dear First Name Last Name, "
       2. Any user with permission to the UI logs in and Edits and saves the Idea
       3. User with permission to accept or reject idea, completes either action
             Email Notification is sent, but Email is missing First Name Last Name in the greeting of the email.

In the event the idea is created from the UI:
       1. Any user with permission to create Ideas, generates an Idea
             Email Notification is sent, but Email is missing First Name Last Name in the greeting of the email.
       2. When the idea is either accepted or rejected the emails also generate with no name, even if not edited after creation.

Changes

 Not utilizing the optional "Idea Submitted by" in the environment.
