Oracle Documaker Enterprise Edition 12.5 DWS Services Timeout
When using the following URL the service reference (below) is able to be updated:
When attempting the service call, a timeout along with a timeout message for the transaction on the Documaker 12.5 Dashboard and the ERRS table is received:
RCV0400400012 The operation has timed out for job 269,194: Timeout=90,000 milliseconds.
The log shows the following:
017-01-25 10:24:47.41 EST-FATAL-[Receiver_#1-T1-QueueReceiverWorker-1]-[QueueReceiverWorker.java:1123]-oracle.documaker.receiver.monitors.QueueReceiverWorker.logFatalErrorMessage: The operation has timed out for job 269,187: Timeout=90,000 milliseconds.
The application developer has indicated that it appears the job is being processed and the output is being produced, however the application is waiting for a response back from DWS that is never received. The speculation is that this is due to the job never being considered completed.
The following error is received:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Process a transaction
2. System completes the transaction with 999 code
3. System reports a timeout when generating the PDF file.
Due to this issue, users cannot successfully complete a transaction.
