Symptoms

On : 7.5.0.6.0 version, Subscription Management

Orders failed after the BRM patch 23290788 has been installed on production. There was an issue with Transfer of Ownership orders when the discount cycle end date has been set to next_actg_t and the status was not set as 3, but the purchased bundle was cancelled.

The cycle_end_t has been set as the actg_next_t for both before and after patch installation when the discounts were getting cancelled. Before the patch installation, there was no validation failure although the discount status was the same. The orders were successfully completed before patch installation. All those products and discounts were getting checked for Transfer of Ownership orders. After patch installation, there was a call to cancel the discounts when there was Transfer of Ownership order raised for the service. When it was trying to cancel the discount, the order failed with the below error as the associated purchased_bundle was already cancelled.
