Symptoms

When using Windows 10 on a Surface Book "13.5” screen with a resolution of 3000 x 2000, the text in NMS is very small and nearly unreadable. You suspect it is due to the high resolution of the OS. Our efforts to fix the issue locally have been unsuccessful.

NMS does not scale correctly. For example, entire application is very small and difficult to read even though your Display settings are set at 200% which is the recommended percentage.


Attempted troubleshooting:
1.F12 developer tools and looked at the emulation tab? If you can find the combination of Enterprise Mode on or off and which of the document mode options looks the best
2. "increased the font within the application and then connected it to the monitor with 200% and it looked okay. However, some windows were resized within the application since you increased the font within NMS. "
  - "information does correspond with my initial impression that this is not actually a browser issue. It is a display issue. Newer laptops such as the Surface book are supporting increasingly higher resolutions. "
3. "reduced the screen resolution of the Surface book to 125% instead of 200% and it made NMS screen/work agenda much smaller and not readable. NMS does work perfectly normal via Citrix on the Surface monitor. "
