Symptoms
Getting the following error when double-clicking an XER file while P6 Professional is closed:
Exception Exception in module PM.exe at ...Invalid command line parameter. Unterminated string: "C:\Program FIles\Oracle\PRimavera P6\P6 Professional\PM.exe" /import "C:\Users\..."
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Double-click on XER file in a folder while P6 Professional is closed.
2. Notice the error message (P6 does not prompt for user name and password)
