Can't Create A New Endeca Domain (Doc ID 2231819.1)

On : 7.6.0 version, Functionality

The user is unable to create a new Endeca data domain when cgroups


"[weblogic@tqservdevweb01 endeca-cmd]$ ./endeca-cmd create-dd Test01 --dd-profile-name my_three_node_dd_profile --host tqservdevweb01 --port 7003
SEVERE: Error while invoking endpoint "http://tqservdevweb01:7003/endeca-server/ws/manage" from client
endeca-cmd encountered a problem.
caused by:
The Endeca Server returned an error: OES-000169: Could not connect to Endeca Server at tqservdevweb02:7003
caused by:
OES-000169: Could not connect to Endeca Server at tqservdevweb02:7003
[weblogic@tqservdevweb01 endeca-cmd]$"

Reproducible at will using the following steps
1. Log onto the Endeca Server machine via putty
2. Navigate to $DOMAIN_HOME/config
3. Edit the file
4. Find the property endeca-cgroups-enabled=false
5. Set the property to true
6. Stop and restart the Endeca Server
7. Navigate to $DOMAIN_HOME/EndecaServer/bin
8.Execute the following command: ./endeca-cmd create-dd TestDataDomain --dd-profile-name DataDmainProfile --host hostMachine --port 7001

Further development cannot continue until a data domain can be created.
