Information in this document applies to any platform.
Users are unable to Dispatch RTV.
Steps To Recreate:
1. Create RTV shipment
2. Create Container
3. Add items
4. Select Reason and give in quantity
5. Click on Confirm
6. From the Container Screen, Click on Dispatch
7. System will show an error " Only New and In Progress Shipments may be cancelled "
