Consider this business use case:
An account is having a non-currency resource sub-balance with a negative value and with credit_limit set as 0. And the product is configured with proration enabled on the "cycle_forward_monthly" event. Cancelling this product after consuming granted resources, which ignores credit_limit setting and impacts the sub-balance impelling into the positive realm.
