Goal

On : 2.4.0.3.0 version,

Program CIPOFACP moves ' ' to FA_INT_STATUS_FLG

When a FA is completed or cancelled and extra information needs to be added through a BO operation, the FA_INT_STATUS_FLG is updated to empty value.
