Error "Sending completion details in progress” Under Activity Status Reason For Activity Completed From CCB (Doc ID 2232165.1)

Symptoms

The user completed the FA in the CCB Host system and the status in MWM shows as "Completed".
However, there is a message "Sending completion details in progress" below the Status Reason on the Activity main page.
