In Meter Data Management version 126.96.36.199, when the Realtime HTTP Sender encounters an error such as HTTP 500 status code from the remote system, it generates an IO Exception and encapsulates the response code and response data into a server message.
This is ultimately written to the ERROR_DTL column of the F1_OUTMSG table. However before its saved to the database its being truncated to 27 characters by the exception handling in RealtimeOutboundMessage_Impl.
