Goal

Auto distribute feature is not working even though appropriate configuration changes have been done.

Configuration:
Auto distribute report box is checked for required Expedited Reporting rule. Following AG services are up and running.
Report Scheduling
Batch Report Generation (renamed to Report Generation)
Batch Report Generation Worker
Bulk Report Transmit Email

Steps:
Appropriate configuration changes were made.
Created a case to meet the expedited rule criteria and then locked it.
Reports were scheduled however it didn’t get generated.
