TCG Creates Incident Data In Incorrect Columns if any text fields contains Double Colons. Characters "::" (Doc ID 2232465.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When a TCG BO has an attribute that contains the following characters "::" in a row, TCG seems to use these as delimiter and puts it into the next column, rather than putting it all is one field.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Fields should display a in the database

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create TCG model using the Receipt BO, and the line: item Description attribute. This attribute has data in it that contains several "::" characters. Run Model and data seems good.
2. Go to Report Management > Transaction Incident Details Extract Report. When viewing the resulting spreadsheet column contents are wrong.
3. Result field Receipt.Line: Item Description does not have dat in the correct column.  Instead it has data divided into the subsequent columns.

The issue has the following business impact:
Result Data is displayed in the wrong columns when exported in the Transaction Incident Details Extract Report.
