Symptoms

When attempting to navigate to the Resource Planning page after setting the "Set as Default" to 'Yes' and saving the filter, and error occurs


POSSIBLE ERROR(s)

1. Error in Submission...
Review the errors shown below, click the button at left and try to correct the errors noted. Then submit again.

Submission failed. <br> The date range cannot exceed 100 years. Enter new date values.
Evaluating response DCT.

2. Error in Submission...Review the errors shown below, click the button at left, and try to correct the errors noted. Then submit again. Submission failed.
Total request duration of ###### milliseconds exceeds configured maximum request duration. To turn off this limit, modify the application to call "setinternaloption('request.disableTimeouts','true')". Evaluating response DCT.


STEPS

1. Login to Instantis
2 Attempt to navigate to the Resource Planning page
3. Error is displayed
