Unable To Modify Item List In RMS If The List Is Active In RPM (Doc ID 2232637.1)

Symptoms

Following error occurs if an Item list is modified in RMS when that item list is used in RPM price events and is active :

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Login in to RMS.
  2. Navigate to Items and then Item list screen, create a new Item list.
  3. Verify the SKULIST_HEAD and SKULIST_DETAIL.
  4. Login into RPM application and create a clearance using the same item list and approve the same.
  5. Navigate to RMS application and try deleting a item from the item list.
